CHARLES OLWAL

Charles Olwal is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Bouhaddou Lab, where he investigates the molecular interactions between human papillomavirus (HPV) and host cells that drive viral integration into the host genome. Integrating computational and experimental approaches, his research aims to define the host and viral determinants of HPV integration, improve our understanding of cervical cancer initiation, and identify new therapeutic targets. Outside the lab, Charles enjoys playing pool.
